Overcloking on a M-ATX board?

SO i only have this board http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/M4A78LTM/#specifications and a amd 1090t.

I want to reach 4ghz, I can easy do it with my cooling, i got a Hyper 212 and a cooler master 690 case with 1 front 1 back 2 top 2 side and 1 bottom fans.

Is this board safe to overclock on? i dont wana burn it out

No, asus sells boards full of over-clocking options that spontaneously combust when used

P.S. Side fans are nothing but dust traps that disrupt airflow.

It only has a 4 pin cpu power plug which is not ideal for a 4 core let alone a 6 core cpu, and as they are not shouting about it in the specs, i presume it only has 4 phase power.

The temps of my cpu are really good, idles at 19 degrees, i could do with a new motherboard but i dont think now is the right time to get one.
