Clicking accept brings me to this screen.

Once it's gone to the second screen, the overdrive tab is gone. It's always worked before. I've tried reverting back to 12.8 and even 12.6, but overdrive continues to be unusable.

Should be noted that this was after a complete reformat. All drivers have been installed, and games run as I would expect.

Has anyone ran into this issue before?

I've a similar problem, when i got my new gpu i un-installed completely CCC, when I re-installed it with my 7950 on the over drive page I'm missing the "auto-tune button", I can manually change the sliders etc but even with the 12.9 beta drivers I still dont have the auto-tune option - which I planned to be lazy and use to get a rough benchmark on where to start lol

Probably just a beta bug, that's why they're betas. Go back to the latest WHQL drivers and it should be fine, you could also try installing the betas over the signed drivers if you want to play around a bit.

Use a third party clocking software then. MSI AB, Saph Trix or Asus GPU Tweak etc.....

I did say in the OP that I went back to WHQL drivers, but the problem persists. I've tried all sorts. I'll just have to go third party.

Have you checked the performance tab, as it's in there on my 12.9's

Yes he did. After accepting, his "Overdrive" is gone.
