Overdue GPU Upgrade

About a year ago I built myself a new PC as you can see from my signature but as I was tight on funds I stuck with my current GPU.

Tbh it is the piece of hardware that is holding back my PC and i think it is time for an upgrade. I have no idea what would be the best choice for me as I mainly use it for gaming and general use. No video editing or anything like that.

What I need help on is;

1. Will my PSU handle a decent card?
2. What card should I be looking at?

Looking to spend about £150-200, prefer it to be closer to £150.

Will it give me more time before I need to upgrade again?

Is the HIS worth the extra £30 or is there something else I should be looking at?

Also the 760 doesn't necessarily mean prices will drop?

The 760Ti gonna be better than the 7950? I thought the 7950 was pretty much the best value for money card atm?
