Overlapping audio over a .mov?

Recorded a video via iSight and Quicktime Broadcaster, 900MB for an 80 min recording at 640x480.

It's saved as a .mov, how can I overlap the mp3 over it and get it in sync? iMovie dosen't want to open .mov's??

iSquint will convert it to a format iMovie will import, although off the top of my head I was sure iMovie will import a .mov

Only ones which are created within iMovie itself. Is iSquint free?
