Would just like to say, with all this new kit arriving in the OcUk stock room its getting mad ! With the new 8800 cards and the EVGA boards, there is no way that i will ever afford a pc upgrade again !!!! :eek:

Its just gone into a frenzy !! lol

Nobody has to get the best stuff out there. I should imagine that everyone here has an inferiority complex that makes them hate to see anyone else with a better rig than them. I know i do. I am going to build my first rig in a couple of weeks and yes, it'll no doubt have G80 and 680i, however, the next guy will have 8800 GTX's in SLi, and a Kentsfield. One's e-penis can only extend so far

well put guys, there is no chance that i will ever keep up with the new kit, bar refusing to pay top dollar for something that will be £100 cheaper in a few months. Would be good though to spank a few grand on my comp.......

Hope you build goes ok AWBbox, thats how i upgrade, build machines for people and either charge a little or do them a deal buy letting them buy my kit then i get better stuff

One thing though, might stand a better chance of getting the 'ok' to buy stuff as wife is getting into half life !! first pc game she has ever played !

stock rotation, special offers, stock management, and continuos sales mainly based on historic data i.e. how well a new product i.e. gpu, mobo, cpu has sold in the past when first released.....these all ensure their warehouse runs smoothly

a lot of ppl spend lets say 800 + on a new system, then sell parts of it to upgrade so they dont suffer heavy losses

and this also ensures they have the latest tech....if they interested in doing that...

so any offers

i doubt its a room , more like a 30,000 - 50,000 sq ft warehouse....

Anyway, i was not talking about the logistics of OcUk, just that there is an influx of new kit all of a sudden, only got to take you eye off the ball for a sec and its all changed ! :cool:
