overlocking graphics card? worth it?

excuse my noobness, never overlocked a gcard before, just wondering if its worth it and will it give me a boost on BF3 ? and is my 570 good for this, lastly whats the best way to go about doing so

Absolutely worth it mate.

MSI Afterburner. Will probably see just over 800 core on stock voltage, after likely to need a voltage increase. Currently running 850 core at 1025mV myself
