u download program called rivatuner, and u overclock it for more details ask in graphics cards section

New drivers should let you overclock without any 3rd party programs AFAIK.

Be careful if you have not done this before, don't just whack everything up to max because it won't work. Small adjustments, run benchmarks, monitor temperatures, otherwise it will quickly overheat.
