Just done a fresh install of Win. 7, downloaded all teh drivers and all the usual stuff. I'm using a HDMI cable so i was going to get some overscan issues. So i go into CCC and go into scaling options and slide the slider-thing up to 0%. Click apply and i restart. Ive got a black border around my moniter when i boot. It last about 10-20 secs and then the screen goes full, 1080p. Why is this happening?Ok found this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/...-restart-issue I have to make a new dword. Is it this "DigitalHDTVDefaultUnderscan" = dword 0x0000 or this "DigitalHDTVDefaultUnderscan" and i obviously get rid of the " don't I?
