overvolt using my truepower front panel?

basically, the max voltage my dfi lanparty sli-dr is 1.55v (cpu), i have an antec truepower 550, i was wandering if i could raise this a bit using the front panel adjustment? and if so then which rail would i have to adjust??

i want 1.6v! also what is the best programme to read my volts?

not touched a bios before, just done what i could with what i had!
what is best bios? are they easy to flash?
