I play overwatch on all low settings and I get about 60-140 FPS, depends how much is going on on screen. I usually play borderless windowed mode but when I do this I often get some slowdown, when I play in fullscreen mode it's fine however I get a lot of screen tearing. Is it possible to fix this without putting vsync on, or is this down to the fact that I have a 60Hz monitor?
