ow do I remove a photo from Ipad

its in Photo and whereas some pics have the delete bin option this one and a few others don't(they aren't locked).

Are the photos synced with another device? If so you need to delete them there.

and if I delete them from my iMac do I then have to resync because I don't want to load any more from the iMac on to the pad?

You will need to sync to delete the photos from your ipad. Are you syncing all your photos?

I find the best way is to create a folder on your Mac, add the photos you want and just sync that
