Quick little intro,
37, married with 2 boys (6 and 4) who love computer games almost as much as I do. Not got as much time at the moment as studying to become a primary teacher. XBOX is on the blink (but it's an original one so it's certainly paid its dues so I can't really complain) as is my little ASROCK ION htpc. Plan is to consolidate and switch from playing on the 360 which to be honest these days is just X-COM and a little bit of COD for me and the boys play Viva Pinata and the Lego games plus a few xbl games like Joe Danger.
Looking forward to having a decent PC again, as my Macbook Pro which I've had for 5 years is now only really used for surfing the web, storing our pictures and my music library.
Not built a PC for around 8 or 9 years since working in IT Desktop Support, but I think/hope I can still manage it and I'm going to enlist the help of my eldest son as he's showing geeky tendencies.
Once the PC is up and running I'll hopefully see some of you online in various games
