Wondering if anyone can shed any light on this please? We have an issue with Outlook Web Access at the moment that I have taken upon myself to solve since none of our netops team have had time to look into it.
We're running Exchange 2003 and our users are able to gain access to their mailboxes and public folders from home by using OWA. Their logons are authenticated against Active Directory.
The issue is that some users are finding that they can access anything they have permissions to from public folders whilst they're logged onto a computer at work, but when they get home and attempt to use OWA for the same thing, some of the files are throwing up an "HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden" issue.
Has anyone come across this before? I have searched Microsoft's Knowledge Base and used Google, but have drawn a blank. I am not generally involved in anything server-based, so I can't give a huge amount of in-depth info or do too much fiddling, but I'm hoping it's quite an easy fix
