OWA Not working

Hi,

Having a few problems at work, my manager is away this week so I'm a bit stumped!

We've got Exchange 2003. Nobody (internal and external) can access OWA, either by IP or domain name.

I've got as far as restarting the IIS service but that hasn't worked. I can't access OWA on the server itself by going to http://localhost.

Any ideas?
 
Check to make sure port 80/443 are open on any firewalls you have in front of the OWA server including windows firewall.
 
Are you running ISA or anything proxy/firewall related? Event viewer is the best way to start for sure.
