OWA Not working

Hi,

Having a few problems at work, my manager is away this week so I'm a bit stumped!

We've got Exchange 2003. Nobody (internal and external) can access OWA, either by IP or domain name.

I've got as far as restarting the IIS service but that hasn't worked. I can't access OWA on the server itself by going to http://localhost.

Any ideas?

Anything in Event Viewer?

Check to make sure port 80/443 are open on any firewalls you have in front of the OWA server including windows firewall.

try http://localhost/exchange on the server

You've restarted IIS but have the websites also started in the IIS Manager?

Had the same problem this morning for external users. Turned out the NAT entry for OWA had been removed from our router. Not sure how though :eek:

I had this recently on a 2003 SBS server. This resolved it

Are you running ISA or anything proxy/firewall related? Event viewer is the best way to start for sure.

Got any sort of TMG? I would be opening IIS and browsing to the site from there (rules out most things)

Given the OP has gone AWOL, I'd say its probably fixed by now.
