Hi

We use some mail signature manager software http://www.symprex.com/products/email-signature-disclaimer-manager/

The logo in the signature is on our webspace.

We have a problem that only affects OWA which is that when composing a new mail the sinature appears twice.

Symprex have said it is caused by:-
"This is caused by your logo image. A Microsoft Exchange security fix made OWA insert the signature twice when OWA is run from a secure site (https://) and the image is on a normal site (http://).

You will have to copy your image to a secure site (https://). You can use your OWA server for example. Then change your signature in Mail Signature Manager to use the image from your https:// server. It is important that you have a valid certificate on the https server and that you reference to it by its internet name or the receiver will either not see the logo or get an ssl security warning."

My question is where exactly do we place the logo image so that we won't get this problem? We don't have an SSL cert either.

Thanks
