Oxford Locations Please

Can anyone recommend some locations in Oxford to shoot skyline/rooftop shots and also blue hour locations, please?

I know of the John Radcliffe Camera/Church overlook, but that's about it.

Carfax tower, The Varsity Club(bar) are two that spring to mind. Sneak up to the top of Castle mound?

South Park can be good for shots of the spires and the trees of the park.

Can anyone tell me, if it's possible to gain entry to the exterior (or interior) of the The Middle East Centre (I think it's also called "Softbridge" by the architect Zaha Hadid) in St Anthony’s College?
i.e. could I just walk in off the street to shoot the exterior?
