Brb then will test after i've installed the latest official drivers.

edit- latest drivers installed, i run it but nothing happens

Oh and Mike huny is officially 'beating' me to the lowest score (by 3) lol. I'm upping the game by overclocking mine. Will try it higher tonight. Oh man.. soon as Crysis comes out, must get a new card... it's killing me. (esp after selling the 1950xt I had after only a week lol).

Yup, I got a guilty feeling I'd bought the card without informing my wife, so fessed up and sold it lol. Was nice to have but I was expecting to be stunned by improved graphics in BF2. Lots of the textures are very poorly done in bf2 however if on max detail. Oblivion looks pretty nice, but still not impressed esp the distance shots. Waiting for Far Cry *cough* Crysis to change my thoughts on PC graphics. Soon as that's out, I'll cave and buy at least a 2900pro. Then buy Vista *eek*. (I still have to buy memory as I only have 1gb though).

Then, I will storm these charts I tell thee!

If the card wasn't really blowing your mind then you are better to wait to see what these 2900 pro's can do. Might be a big boost and will run far cry erm Cysis at an acceptable rate at full settings although it might be at 1280x1024.

The only reason I bought the card was to overclock it back in the day as I thought the FX range was stupidly overpriced. Then it all went completely mental with the prices of graphics cards

I don't have bioshock to test unfortunately, and I seriously doubt S.T.A.L.K.E.R. will run very well eek. Might give it a go in a bit lol.

Possibly one of the worst benchies ever made. What's the point of it, if the scores aren't really relative to anything you'd see in the real world? For example, my 8800GTS 512 scored 4K, getting beaten by 3850 pros which lets face it, arent a smudge on the current G92's

No need to be fussy, I think it's just the nature of how this particular benchmark implements the use of shaders. In this case it seems that the benchmark favors the ATI architecture

My 3850 pro also severely beats the majority of GTX's in 3dmark06..but I don't see anyone complaining. You've got to remember, these are synthetic benchmarks...
