8800gts 512mb
psu 850 watts cheap piece of dog****
i have tried clearing cmos etc stripping to barebones then trying a boot to no effect any help will do thanks!

unplug everyting leave it over night then replug and see what happens:D could just be the bios really not wanting to laod your settings and erm remove the mobo battery for a good 20mins:D

unplug the system, take the bios battery out. bridge the connections where the battery was with a screwdriver or something, and push the power button a few times. This has the nice effect of emptying capacitors, and guarantees the bios has been cleared. Put everything back in and see how that goes.

Ermm try clearing your BIOS again but this time use the jumper cable to short the CMOS pins or just touch them with a screwdriver for 10 seconds. In the past removing the battery hasnt worked for me. Also i take it your RAM is set to auto? If so your motherboard might automatically of been giving them bad voltages so that could have killed it (extremely long shot) When you up your bclck/bus speed it also changes the speed of your RAM so your mobo could have give it extreme voltages to help the RAM speed change and could have done something to your RAM (again this is very likely but it could have happened) Either 3 things

faulty RAM
not cleared CMOS properly
faulty PSU

That all i can think of.

the ram was set to 800mhz which is native so i don't see it as that i will try to clear the cmos again and there is no cmos jumpers it's done by a single button

as suggested try to clear CMOS by touching a screwdriver between the relevant pins for at least 10 seconds (with the battery disconnected).
