We pack our systems with expanding foam, it's pretty cool as it moulds around the coolers/heatsinks.

It isn't half. That's some monster. Up to 3 fans.

yeah the zalman is an epic cooler, we don't use 3 fans as it is just overkill but you could easily whack an extra one on there for the lolz if you so wished!
