I have detected this on a vw polo

any ideas what could be the issue other than a faulty lambda sensor?

Exhaust looks fine and can't really hear a leak.

Injectors have been cleaned but look to be fine.

I'm just left with replacing the lanbda sensor and if that doesn't work, taking it in to be looked at. I'm not particularly good with cars.

Thanks. I guess it is time to replace the lambda, easy enough for me to do.
