Guys can you help me answer a question as I dont seem to find an answer.
I have received a HMRC P11D form in the post yesterday it has my details on and the hospital I used to work for details on.
It has no other information with it and I have never had it before. I dont now what I am supposed to do with it? The only thing I can think of is I have a tablet that I paid off through my wages every month. When I left a few months ago I obviously paid the remaining balance off.
Sorry if this sounds sketchy I just dont know what to do and dont want to get fined or anything.

Agreed, you dont have to do anything. P11D is just a record of any taxable benefit you receive from your company. I received one when I had a company car.

HMRC will do the rest, so just file it.

I also had a P11D from my work for private medical insurance.

I have to return a self assessment form this year but do I have to declare it?.

The monthly amount is shown on my payslips so I assume I already pay tax on it?.

Just bumping this as I've recieved one and our finance guy is away for 2 weeks and no one else seems to know.

I drive a van for work. We have the option of using it for personal use. If you do then you need to pay tax on it however I have my own car and never use the van outside of work.

Under section G, Vans and van fuel has the balance of £3,090.

Is this what they are trying to get out of me?
