the p12 MAX dose it really run almore 2x the speed and put out 40% more AIR for the same max DB???
i was looking to pick up a few p12's for a rad when i noticed the MAX, the specs look good if there true

The P12 Max is a different design plus they have anti vibration pads. Look closely at the end of the blades.

yes ive seen that, but my question is it claims the same DB at max speed that 1800RPM vs 3300RPM.
p12 - Volume: 23.5 dB
p12m - Volume: 23.5 dB

p12 - Airflow: 95.65 m³ / h
p12m - Airflow: 137.69 m³/h

I was about to buy 6 p12's but now i thing im buying p12m's

I ordered the last two p12m’s, I’m hoping there hear for a rebuild at the weekend.

I wanted 6 more for an external rad im running but I can add them latter

So yer I can confirm they are that good…

I’ve just fitted them and locked at 50% just to see how they got on, my boy as been gaming an hour and.

Gpu would game at 55c now 47c
The cpu… would be 71to85 right now it’s sitting at 55c

At 50% the noise I would say it just under my phanteks at full speed. But the cooling difference is massive.

And I have only changed 2 fans.. I’m waiting for 6 more to come so I can add a silent 360mm desk rad to the system

My system was under volted, and under clocked and still run hot. I blamed everything but did think about the fans.

I only changed 2 that’s all ocuk had in stock at the time now my system is over clock and runs so much cooler.

My gpu ideas at 28c my cpu at 32
I’ve never seen the cpu below 40.

I have another 3 in the post and I’m hoping the release a 140mm model

The non max had a hum/whine at certain RPM ranges but was completely silent at low RPM, though it was supposed to be fixed in the ARGB version. The max version doesn't have that at specific RPM ranges, but supposedly has a buzzing sound at low RPM from the dual ball bearings when it doesn't get drowned out from normal fan noise at higher speed.

Mine don’t have that but I do have 4 more in the post so will confirm with them

Yes, i can confirm 2 on my 6 fans do grind/whine.

when you have the fans set at low RPM there silent but when the speed picks up they grind until the speed increase stops. this is only upto about 35%
i have the fans fixed at 15% and i will keep them but yer 2 of my 6 do grind

No I said 1 or 2 of mine grind but it’s when changing speed. If you sit in bios and set 15% than change it up they grind but all that stops when you settle at the new speed.

My fans are from 2 batches I got 2 then had to wait for ocuk to get stock before I got 4 more

But yes there is something not 100% with them. However in my use case there spot on so am all good
