Not what I said. At 7V, the fan will not start. I agree that it will start on H/M/L but this is not the same, I was hoping for 7V/M and there wasn't a chance.

No intake needed, the top and rear fan pull air in from the front. By all means fit a front 120 if you like, but I'd only do this if the graphics cards were running too hot
