Interesting.... does that have much impact on PPD and also which setup gets you the most PPD to the GHz?

They're still crap though.....
Even with points increased by 50% they'll only produce 1250PPD where a 2653 gives 1750 (Q6600 @ 2.7, running 2 WinSMP clients with Affinity Changer).
