Hi i started a thread on this yesterday Here and most said use uTorrent i installed it and its working geat for me

I had issues with both Azureus and Utorrent with Vista and it seems I am not alone. I lost all internet connectivity after 5-10 hours of seeding or leeching. IE would not connect to sites yet my torrents continued to upload, but had timed out with the server. I switched to Bit Tornado which is very basic but have not had a repeat of the issue. I used to use Az in XP and found it the best, if a little resource hungry.

Hmm its funny you should mention this as this was my prob i had with bitspirit with vista and it happend yesterday for me using uTorrent, If this happens to me again ill change to Bit Tornado.

Never had any problems with uTorrent on either 32/64bit Vista

I used to use Azuruesfadgaazf or w/e, however that wouldn't open the other day so I installed uTorrent and it seems fine so far.
