P2P streaming?

A mate is playing a horror game and I want to watch him, but with streams like Steam and Twitch, there's a lot of lag, which isn't really going to work for jump scares.

Are there any P2P streaming services that we can use with low lag?

I find it a rather wonderful service

The delay on Steam can be rather high.

Hitbox is fairly low latency but for P2P, Parsec is rather cool
