P35-DS4 Memory Timings - How Do I Change Them??

Can someone tell me how to change the memory settings on the Gigabyte P35-DS4 motherboard?

Ive just seen my mates running and theres no options to change the memory timings on this board compared to my Asus P5B Deluxe??

Press F1 and Ctrl together on the main BIOS screen and then enter the overclocking menu. The timings will have magically appeared.

When in the BIOS main screen hit Control F1 and when you go into MIT the "hidden" options will appear including mem timmings
