I am plannin to buy a top end set up and am a little confused which is the best motherboard to buy, heres what will be going on it

Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme Edition QX6850 "LGA775 Kentsfield" 3.00GHz (1333FSB)
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme Heatsink
GeIL 4GB (4x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit
2 x Western Digital Raptor 150GB WD1500ADFD 10,000RPM SATA 16MB Cache ( in RAID )
2 x Asus GeForce 8800 Ultra HTDP 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI PCI-E ( in SLI )
BFG 1000W UK/PFC Approved PSU

Do I go for P35 or NV680i and which mobo manufacturer is the best to use for such a system

all the stock 680i's i say have to much thermal goop on them, i say if u get one (get the evga as u still be covered for removing the heatsinks) remove all the heatsinks (MOSFET's as well) and replace the goop they use with Ceramique ive allso found some FSB holes in the bios between 420fsb to about 430ish(ie won't post) as my cpu atm is staple at 416fsb (3.75ghz) but has a hard time geting to post or past post in the 3.8ghz to 3.95ghz range but boots to windows (and seems stable till you orthos) at 4ghz

Ps you be better off with the Enermax Galaxy 850W or Enermax Infiniti 720W imo
