P35_DS3P vs. Asus P5KC

Asus one purely because if you've ever seen them Gigabyte heatsinks on P35's up close; then your notice how big they are & could be a real pain with some aftermarket CPU coolers.
 
Okay I'm about to buy one of them, within the next 10minutes and I'm still having second thoughts.

I prefer the look of the P5KC, but I keep hearing a lot about the Gigabyte's, they seem to be the overclockers choice. Give msome last minute tips and choices please :)

I have the P35-DS3P and it's a very good board. Solid and just as easy to use as the P965 Gigabyte boards.
