P35_DS3P vs. Asus P5KC

Ok from what I want and the low price I have, I have decided upon these two Motherboards, but I can't choose one over the other. I need you guys to tell me which performs best as standard as well as having good overclocking facilities?

If it's any help I prefer the look of the P5KC

Their both very similar, which ever one you get it will be good. Pick the one that you think has the best board layout.

Asus one purely because if you've ever seen them Gigabyte heatsinks on P35's up close; then your notice how big they are & could be a real pain with some aftermarket CPU coolers.

Okay I'm about to buy one of them, within the next 10minutes and I'm still having second thoughts.

I prefer the look of the P5KC, but I keep hearing a lot about the Gigabyte's, they seem to be the overclockers choice. Give msome last minute tips and choices please

I have the P35-DS3P and it's a very good board. Solid and just as easy to use as the P965 Gigabyte boards.
