Hi people.

I've noticed a flood of problems with this board around here ATM, and would just like to find out what Rev you've got and when you bought it.

Just wondering if its a bad batch, or something.
 
I have a rev 1 and also a rev 2

The only real difference is rev 2 does not have a printer port or serial port
you need to buy an pci slot extender ( the mobo has headers for them )

My boards overclock very well but dont get on with 4G of ram (pc 8500)

rev 1 is 3 months old , rev 2 , 3 weeks
 
I've got a 1.1, and there's nothing major going on, just a few niggles which need some attention, but my system is a lot more unstable since my upgrade.
 
Why would it suddenly start to misbehave after almost three months of rock solid reliability? Perhaps one of the capacitors has a short lifespan and causes it go doo-lally?

Worst thing is, if you end up RMA-ing it and they say no fault found! Especially if you wait a few mins it kicks into life (altho I've not tried that yet - so don't know if it really fixes it or not).

Really need more people to come forward to determine how widespread this issue is.
