P35K - Windows 8.1 Upgrade Fail

Guys, got my P35K today and after doing the initial setup and fixes from Microidiots, sorry Microsoft it wants to do the 8.1 upgrade. Starts and reboots ok, but repeatedly fails.

Anyone else having this issue?

I'm only doing this so I can then create a system restore before clearing and installing Windows 7 on it.

PS. getting used to a new keyboard and mouse pad hasn't been that much fun, but the machine makes up for it.

Just dont bother with 8.1 it doesnt really offer you anything over 8!
