Does the P370SM exhaust out the bottom fans or intake? I was planning on buying the Zalman ZM-NC3500 laptop cooler which is exhaust.

Intake on bottom, exhaust out of the back.

If it's anything like my P170SM based laptop then no, not unless I take the back cover off anyway.

Laptop coolers can help but only if there is sufficient clearance between the cooler and the intake fans (and when the cool air actually gets to the intake fans and doesn't just hit the rear panel or cause a turbulence like effect below the laptop (intake fans fighting with the "exhaust" from the laptop cooler).
