P4 2.66ghz water block mod

Quick question, is the metal plate on the top of the Pentium D completely water proof?

reason being is that im going to remove the bottom of my water block and then seal it directly to the heat plate on the P4. which should hopefully improve the cooling . :D

They got some silly clock for water but it did die

well that aswered that for thx guys, gonna have to think on something else :cool:
