Heh no, ya can try oc'in though, all my old 845 boards went to 166MHz and the few 2.4s i had did make it to 3Ghz on stock volts.
Edit noticed it was a 2.8, and you might be in luck, i did have a 2.8 533 at 3.5Ghz on a 167 bus on an 845PE as well
Those cores were smokin.

Might try clockgen or setfsb but i think thermal constraints might be an issue
