P4 3.00 478 too hot?

ive heard that my processor is naturally hot but is 60C load and 45C idle too much? I have Evo 33 heatsink with stock fan on there.

NAH it's fine dude

I got my 3.2ghz 3 to 130c once and still running fear for a good 15 mins. thus with XP-120 lapped & AS5

Under water i seen it hit 85c once but i was maxing it out metnaly

pretty sure these don't even start throttling until you get to 80+ so no, you're cool (well, perhaps a tad warm but that goes with the territory

i had mine running on stock fan at about 55 on load and high 40's on idle, stuck an evo 120 and runs 45 on load and 30 on idle, p4's run hot, its what they do
