Currently i have a standard P4 3.0 ghz S478 processor but i have been offered a 3.4ghz extreme edition for £60. Is it worth upgrading ?

Other systems specs:

Abit IC7-Max3 mobo
1.5GB DDR 400 ram. (generic stuff)
6800gt gfx
