P4 Northwood 2.0Ghz OC'ing

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has trying clocking one of these chips in the past, im building my dad a budget machine using his CPU from the dell machine he currently has.

Heard they can see 2.5ghz clock speed +

any results or tips would be cool
