P4 Passive cooling solutions?

Hi,
What's the cheapest, and preferably smallest heatsink that could passively cool a Pentium HT @3GHz (84W max TDP) :

The cooler would also have to fit a 478 socket, probably cuts down the selection I guess.

I remember using the older Zalman flower coolers back in the day, it wasn't passive but the fan mate it came with meant I could run the fan at ultra low which meant it was inaudible but I can't remember the name of it as it was nigh on 10 years ago.

hmm you sure it is socket 478? I had a 530 CPU which was 775, and they were hot compared to i5s

Yes I'm certain, I had to another one a while ago after I dropped it and belt some of the pins :S

I guess If I can't go passive, at least a really quiet cooler would be what i'm looking for.

This is the only 478 socket cooler on OcUK: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-031-SY

Just wondering how quiet it is... 7.2 - 31.07 dBA doesn't really mean much to me.

But then I saw this:

Still kind of hard to gage how loud it is.
