P4 wont take any overclock?

No matter what settings I use or how small the overclock is, it crashes every single game - despite being stable in everything else

Specs are as follows:
P4 @ 3.2Ghz
P4C 800-E Deluxe
2GB "no-name" PC-3200 400Mhz RAM
ATI Sapphire Radeon HD3850 512mb
460W CM PSU

Any ideas?

"Inherited" it and parents wont let me upgrade >_>

Temp wise it never went over 48 degrees C

And will have a look at the ram multiplier - what tab was it under and what was it called? XD

Okay. PC wouldnt have DRAM Freq below 400Mhz, it just bluescreened on boot.
So, Im in the same place as before >_>
