p55 board choice gigabyte or asrock?

P55 boards can't make a choice. Anyone have any experience or read anything on the gigabyte p55 ud3r or the asrock extreme or deluxe??

asrock are budget asus, gigabyte are better.

There is nothign wrong with ASrock boards, but i wouldnt buy one for a "proper" rig, only a secondary/spare.
