P55 Chipset and 32gb ram possible?

hey all, i got a gigabyte P55 chipset mobo with i5 750 cpu ,1156 socket, has 4 ram slots, currently rocking 16gb in it.

some reports on the net show that some peeps managed to run 32gb ram on boads with p55 chipset,

anyone on here had experience running 32gb ram on such a config?

I always thought that P55 was limited to 16GB.

officially mobo specs and cpu specs say its got a limit of 16gb . im gonna take the ram out of my server and put this to the test.
