P5K-E or Premium/Delux

Can someone give me the skinny of the difference between these two boards? Is it really just wifi?

Well they both have wifi so it looks like just the cooling and a single lan socket

Also i aint seen the deluxe around new for a while

few extra ports, heat pipe, nothing major both perform/overclock the same its just whether you need the extras of the deluxe or not
