P5K premium Bios help ?

hey

i have P5K premium Wi/fi edition motherboard

i need to update my bios from 0204 to 0404

everytime i use the asus update i get this rite at the end of the update

how else can i update the bios ?

ive tried multiple time , i really need to update as its reading the worng CPU temperatures (common glitch for the motherboard have to have 0404 to fix)

Put the bios update onto a floppy or usb stick and flash via the alt+f2 (i think?) option at bootup.

i cant even download the bios though, ive tried using the asus download and asus update both close rite at the end

Dont bother using the Windows tool, loads are killing their boards this way...

oh, ok, so where do i download the bios ? just asus website ?

then i can put it on a memory stick and then restart my comp, and press alt+f2 once im in the bios ?

When the pc 1st boots use EZ Flash, press "Alt" + "F2" during POST to start it.
Press that instead of DEL. Worked fine for me. Just get the update from the asus site.
