p5k premium cant find voltage damper setting

Hey guys, i thin, im being really stupid here but i cant find the voltage damper setting in my bios :confused:

ive seen screen shots of where it should be but its not there for me. Ive flashed to the latest bios, 0504, could this have removed the setting?

Is changing voltage a must to get to 3gig? and is there a particular one to set?

Have a Q6600 with that motherboard there and would like to start overclocking. Changing votages makes me nervous though :O

Its the one that says loadline calibration

And these are my settings for 3.2gig with the 0504 bios

ah so it isnt called voltage damper? all screenshots ive seen from other sources have it very clearly as cpu voltage damper.

edit doh! I see the description now. Must just be labled differently for the premium. Thanks very much

Any idea why i cant change my CPU ratio now? Cant change it from [Auto]

Im stuck on 9!!
