At work we purchased a load of p5n-e with the intention of using them with the PCIE graphics cards we have. The graphics cards are x300 and x300se. We installed both the sets of cards onto the mobos and everything booted fine. The next time the mobos with the x300's were booted they came up with the one long 3 short error codes indicating a video card error and continue to do the same every time they are booted after that. All the x300se's boot fine everytime. if we put a x300se into the mobo which failed to boot with the x300 then it boots, swap them around again and the x300 do the same again (boot 1st time then fail after that)
We have tried swapping the mobos and cards around but still the same results so we know its not a fault with individual cards or mobo's. We have tried the latest bios and still the same.
Anyone any ideas, as it has us all stumped in the office.
