are there any issues with 4GB RAM on the P5N32-E that i should know about before purchasing?

The Ram is Crucial Ballistix PC640064 DDR2

I think I saw something in one of the memory section the otherday saying that one of the 680i boards has issues with 4gb of ram, i think the guys said it works with 3 though.

Surely if 3GB was fitted it would destroy Dual Channel performance?...

No i think it just didn't recognise the 4th stick.
