I have an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro, which i bought hoping to overclock my Q6600 to 3Ghz but having the Heatsink facing the back exhaust fan and the actual fan towards the ram stick, the heatpipes were blocking it

but i also know somebody which is the Cooler with the Heatsink(Fins) Facing the top of the case and the acutal fan facing bottom of case as i have an Antec 900 it wouldnt be a big deal as i have an exhaust straight above it, so its just like exhausting it using the other.
Has anybody got it this way also does it make a diff in temps etc
