P5N32-E SLI problems

I have this MB installed with a C2D 6400, 2x1GB Crucial Ballistix 6400C and an 8800GTX. Memory voltage is set to 2.2v but I am having awful freezing. sometimes things are fine and I can use for hours on end, play hi perf games etc. Other times the PC will freeze up, sometimes the post screen for the MB will freeze, and sometimes there will be a continuos beep.

Anyone any ideas before I RMA the board?

I had probs with this board, when you have usb discs connected on aboot it will freeze on boot screen. It might be a board fault. i tried many things but i couldnt fix it.

I've tested everything as far as I can.... won't even let me as far as bios setup now so I'm thinking send the board back.....

lol after i did a small overclock my board wouldnt even let me display an image on my screen. Tried diiferent gfx cards and everything. Im currently in the process of RMA.

(however i did forget to download all the latest drivers and bios, i used the cd ones

)

I've done no overclocking at all. I'm getting power but nothing else. No beeps nothing. Wonder what happened to it.
