P5PL2-E And Ati 2900XT

Hi Guys , Having a problem with a new setup. Basically it will not post.

I get 1 long and 2 short beeps . Now ive checked the websites and im not sure on which bios this mobo has, It its either graphics error or RAM errors.Now ive check different ram and it not the ram so it must be the graphics card issue. Also, Is this board capable of running the 2900xt ? The motherboard is 16x express ???

Setup:
E6400
2Gb 667Mhz
Thermaltake 700watt psu
ati 2900xt - PtPL2-E mobo

Any help other than buy a better motherboard would be very welcome.

The Memory that you tried, that defiantly works right? If so take the GPU out and see if you get the same beeps?

Ram defo works.. Brand new Kingston out of the box. ive tryed 3 sets

Found out the motherboard is rubbish. Buying P5B Motherboard
