but whenever i start prime small ffts it restarts within 2seconds and default bios settings again

something is wrongly set as prime dosent even stress for more than 2 seconds... any ideas?

Take your pick from vcore, PLL, FSB Term and/or northbridge voltages.

And that's providing you have set up your memory correctly.

Try the following, this is probably overvolted a bit you will have to fiddle to drop these down...

FSB to Northbridge Strap: 333mhz
PLL: 1.5
FSB Termination Voltage (VTT): 1.34
Northbridge: 1.3
CPU: 1.5v (am guessing thats what you have it set at in BIOS)
SB: 1.1

Set you memory as per manufacture, keep in underclocked
Loadline Calibration: Enabled

Always keep the VTT -> NB but never by more than .1v

Can anyone explain what exactly these below are for?:

FSB Termination Voltage

FSB to Northbridge Strap

PLL

Thanks!
